We will assess your existing loft and take you through the available options, taking into account budget, aesthetics and planning restrictions.

We draw up architectural drawings taking into account the characteristics of the property and your personal tastes.

We submit plans for planning permission and building control approvals, monitor and inform clients as to progress of approvals, liasing with the planning authorities, structural engineers and achitects on your behalf.

We will schedule a start date which coincides with the approvals being achieved and your personal commitments.

Before any work takes place we walk you through the construction process at a pre-start meeting.

We are on site at all times to ensure that registered plumbers and electricians are working to the highest standard.

During your loft conversion, registered plumbers, electricians and plasterers etc will be on site. During this time other minor and additional works could be carried out on your property by private arrangement.

We take care of all licences with regard to skips, scaffolding and Building Control Officers from the Local Authority.

We will complete your loft with the minimum of disruption to your home. Most of the project is carried out externally through the roof.

Your new loft is guaranteed for two years.
